The STEM and Humanities, Arts, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Education, and Business (HASBSEB) Fall Conferences are now combined into the Office of Undergraduate Research (O.U.R.) Fall Conference, which proudly showcases the accomplishments of ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ University undergraduate researchers from the previous summer.

This conference serves as a premier platform to highlight undergraduate research and creative activities, alongside graduate research conducted at ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ University and other institutions across our region — Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Submit Abstract

 Priority Abstract Submission Deadline: 

October 25, 2026

Abstracts submitted after the priority deadline will be introduced in the conference's program as a poster or talk based on the Organizing Committee's decision (only if an email notification is sent by or on October 25).

Deadline for submission to the Paper Competition

The final deadline for abstract submission to the OUR Fall Conference ( with both STEM and HASBSEB participation at the undergraduate and graduate level ) – by 6:00 p.m.

November 5 
Panel Discussion with former presenters and award winners at OUR conferences (Undergraduate and Graduate students are invited to attend).
