Layouts
The Setzer Student Center offers a variety of layouts to accommodate any need. Take a look below at the most common setups requested. Additional layouts can be made upon request.

Auditorium
Chairs in rows facing whiteboard or screen, with a table at the front or side.
Circle
Chairs set up in a circle, facing in. Allows all participants to see each other.
Rounds
Round tables with 6 or 8 chairs around. Also known as banquet style.
Conference
Tables in a hollow rectangle with chairs on the outside, facing in. Also known as boardroom style. Depending on the size of the room or desired capacity there may or may not be an open center.
U-Shape Conference
Tables in a three-sided rectangle with chairs on the outside, facing in. Allows participants to see the speakers, screen, or whiteboard. Depending on the size of the room or desired capacity there may or may not be an open center.
