  • What does Microsoft Office 365 include?

    Microsoft Office 365 includes a full versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and more. You can download Microsoft Office 365 on up to five PCs or Mac computers, and five tablets or smartphones.

    • For PCs, the offering includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote (Office 2013).
    • For Mac computers, the offering includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Office 2016).
    • Microsoft Office 365 provides mobile apps for  iPhone, Android, Windows Phone, as well as a specific OneNote app for iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows Phone.
  • What devices can I use Microsoft Office 365 on?
    • Microsoft Office 365 supports PCs and Windows tablets running Windows 7 or higher
    • Macs with Mac OS X 10.6 or higher
    • Office for iPad can be installed on iPads running version 7.0 or higher

Eligibility

  • How do I maintain access to Microsoft Office 365?
    You must connect to the internet at least once every 30 days to allow Microsoft to verify your subscription.
  • What happens if I don't connect within 30 days?

    Microsoft Office 365 goes into “reduced functionality mode”.

    Applications will remain installed, but you can only view and print documents. After you connect back to the Internet, your subscription status is verified and all of the features of Microsoft Office 365 will be available again.

  • What happens when I graduate?
    When you graduate, your Microsoft Office 365 subscription through ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ University will be discontinued. You may enroll in other consumer or commercial offers available at that time.
