LEA Accounts are used for:
- LU Email
- Blackboard
- Course Evaluations
- OrgSync
- Campus Computers
- myScholarships
- Campus Printing
- Wireless Network

I forgot my LEA password or need to reset it.
Use Password Reset
This option will ask you for answers to your 3 security questions to validate your identify.
Use Self-Service Banner
Read the detailed instructions.
- Go to www.ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ.edu, click myÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ, click Students, click Self-Serv Banner
- Log in to Self Service Banner with your ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵID and PIN
- Click Personal Information
- Click Change Your Pin OR Recover LEA Username and Password
- Scroll down until you see your LEA Username
- Click Give me a temporary password
- Write down the temporary password (it is case sensitive) and click OK
- Log in to Password Reset: Type your LEA Username and TEMPORARY password and click Log in
- Type your temporary password, new password, and confirm the new password and click OK
Note: Your new password must be at least 10 characters using uppercase, lowercase, a special character, and a number. Also, do not use any part of your name or username in the new password.
When you are done you should be able to log in to email, Blackboard, Course Evaluations, myScholarships and the computers on campus.
I need to change my LEA password.
This option will prompt you to use your current LEA username and password allowing the change your password.
I need to register my LEA account, so I can easily reset my password when I forget it.
Register your LEA account with the LU Password Reset system so you can easily reset your password anytime. Log in with your current LEA password and set up your security questions now! Need more info?

- Go to www.ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ.edu, click myÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ, click Students, click Passwords
- Log in to Password Reset: Type your LEA username and password and click Login
- Select 4 security questions from the drop-down box. Type and confirm each answer.
- Click Enroll when complete
I forgot my LEA username.
This option will direct you to Self-Service Banner (SSB) and prompt you for the use your ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵID and PIN. Once in Self-Service Banner (SSB):
ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵID
ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵID provides access to your personal information, student records, payment, and financial aid information. Your ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵID consist of an upper case L and eight (8) numeric digits. The ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵID Personal Identification Number (PIN) consists of six (6) numeric digits.
ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵIDs are used for:
- Self-Service Banner
- Online Bill Payment

I forgot my ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵID PIN or need to reset it
You can easily reset your ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵID PIN with Self-Service Banner. Simply enter your ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵID and click Forgot PIN. Be sure to capitalize the L.

I forgot my ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵID.
Current and accepted students can locate their ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵID on the front of their CardinalOne Card or acceptance letter.

I need to change my ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵID PIN
This option will prompt you for your current ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵID and PIN and allow you to change your PIN.

- Go to www.ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ.edu, click LU Connect, click Students or click Faculty/Staff, click Self-Serv Banner
- Log
in to Self-Service Banner with your ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵID and PIN - Click Personal Information
- Click Change Your Pin OR Recover LEA Username and Password
- Type in your Old PIN (the PIN you just used to log in)
- Type in your New PIN
- Type in your New PIN again to confirm it
- Click Change PIN
I need to create or change my security question, so I can easily reset my PIN when I forget it.
If you know the answer to your security question, you can easily reset your ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵID PIN anytime you forget it.
