Micro-manufacturing Lab

The Micro-manufacturing Research Laboratory in the Department of Industrial Engineering at ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ University is located at Lucas Engineering Building Room 143. The lab is supervised by Dr. Xinyu Liu.

The lab is mainly used for graduate research in micro-manufacturing, precision engineering, metrology, automation and control. The lab also supports undergraduate and graduate courses of Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems, Automated System Engineering, as well as senior capstone design project related to design and manufacturing.

The lab has worked on six major research projects and graduated 9 students. The lab is currently exploring Laser Machining and micro-machining.
