Sandra Harris graduated with a B.S. degree in Education from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kan. She earned her master’s degree in the principalship from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Her Ph.D. was earned at The University of Texas in Austin in educational leadership. Prior to serving as a university professor, Dr. Harris was a former Title I reading teacher, principal and superintendent in public and private schools.
