Students who have not returned within one full academic year from last enrollment term, must reapply through the statewide Apply Texas application to ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ University and meet readmission criteria.
Students returning less than one full academic year from last enrollment term, may return to ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ University without needing to reapply for admission and should contact their academic advisor.
Former students who have attended another college must submit official transcripts of all academic work done after leaving LU and must meet the requirements for other Transfer Students – at least 2.0 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale.

Before attending on-campus classes, students under age 22 must either receive a vaccination against bacterial meningitis or meet criteria to decline. Get more information on this vaccination requirement.
Applicants seeking readmission, and who have academic credits or grades that were earned ten or more years prior to the semester in which enrollment is sought, may elect to seek entry under the terms of Academic Fresh Start. Under this policy, the applicant must be a Texas Resident and may petition ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ University not to consider in the admission process and in the calculation of GPA, course credits or grades earned 10 years or prior. Applicants seeking entry under this section will not receive any credit for any courses taken 10 or more years prior to enrollment. Applicants applying under Academic Fresh Start are subject to all standard admission and testing criteria applicable to persons seeking admission.
