About the Author

Alan Gann

Alan Gann is a retired electrical engineer in the midst of his second career as a teaching artist-poet. He is the author of one other volume of poetry, Adventures of the Clumsy Juggler (Ink Brush Press, 2014). A longtime member of the Dallas Poets Community, he has helped edit the literary journals Illya’s Honey and Red River Review. What's left of Alan's time is filled with folk music, bike riding, bird walks, dragonflies, and nature photography.
