The International Day of Women and Girls in Science (IDWGS) Program Committee invites current students to present and display their previously completed research posters at the IDWGS program. These posters can be from Office of Undergraduate Research, McNair Scholars, or other conferences. The event will be held on February 28, 2024 from 3:30pm-6:00pm.
Research posters from any scientific discipline (e.g, behavioral, computer, health, natural, social), technology, engineering, or mathematics are eligible for inclusion. Both undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to apply.
Students participating in the poster session will be judged, with first, second, and third place receiving monetary awards ($150, $100, and $50, respectively) provided by the College of Arts & Sciences. Winners will be announced at the event.
Interested students should submit this form no later than February 16, 2024. Accepted presenters will receive notice and instructions via their ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ University email address. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee a spot to present, as the venue has limited space.
