Minutes for CID Meeting March 24th, 2021 3:30-4:30pm via TEAMS revised 22 March 2021.

- We met and welcomed the new Associate Provost Poonam Kumar!
- Jeremy Alltop answered many questions on the budgeting process and updated us on the possible future for the next biennium.
- We congratulated Provost Nichols! She spoke about the following:
- SACs: They are working on some program director qualification items, additional items in curriculum assessment and better displaying rigor in graduate courses.
- Reminder for faculty to consult with Chair and Dean if interested in possibly extending the tenure clock, with a memo of reasons to the Provost.
- 4+1 and other accelerated undergrad/grad programs must add to minimum 150 hours.
- There was a robust discussion on ideas/concerns on how ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ might eventually go forward with f2f offerings as the pandemic ends.
- Please go back to your college and determine your Exec Committee member for 2021/2022.
